How can YOU own a Caliche Flats home? - The Buying Process1. Call Billy Toone at 214-762-5814 for an appointment. We will discuss the house you are looking for, price range, and location.2. Apply for mortgage financing. Caliche Flats can recommend some of the best mortgage companies that provide excellent service and fast turn-around. 3. Once mortgage company has provided an approval letter to buyer, Sales Contract will be prepared and final preparations will be made to begin construction of your new home. 4. If you are interested in a completed Caliche Flats Home, the mortgage process is the same. An approval letter must be presented to Caliche Flats before a Sales Contract is prepared. 5. Closing date will be tentatively set and you will be on your way to your new Caliche Flats Home.
